Is the venue easy to find?

The sign-posting around the city is not good and it can be tricky to find – please see our advice on how to find us here.

Is there parking on site?

Yes there is but it is limited and you need to book it in advance here. There are other car parks within walking distance – see our travel and parking advice here.

When is the Event, where and what time?

Saturday November 17th, Aston Conference Centre, Birmingham, UK, 9am – 5pm.

What time do the doors open?

9am sharp – please be aware there are usually queues much earlier than this.

Where can I buy tickets?

On the Prosthetics Magazine site here.

Will there be tickets on the door?

If there are any left by the day of the event yes, but this cannot be guaranteed and we advise you to purchase them in advance as the past two events have sold out.

Can I get a refund if I can’t come?

No, tickets are non-refundable. You are however entitled to a refund of the face value of tickets in the unlikely circumstance of the event being cancelled.

Do you offer student discount?

Discounts are available for students when a group booking is made by a tutor, please see the info here.

What age do you have to be to attend?

There is no official age restriction but under 16’s must be accompanied by and adult. If you’re bringing a child, we need to advise you that there will be casualty, gore and monster effects on display plus partial nudity in the Body Art Zone, as the artists create their full body art pieces. If you are happy that this is suitable for the child in question, you’re welcome to bring them along.

Do kids go free?

Yes, children aged 12 and under will be admitted free of charge.

Can I buy food at the event?

Yes there is a café in the building.

How can I get involved in the event?
