Like many body painters, Tina started off face painting. She wanted to learn more about the art form, so 5 years ago went to the Face Painting and Body Art Conference in Birmingham where she was totally blown away by the body art and knew she wanted to pursue it. Her third ever body paint won her first place in the Intermediate Body Art Competition at the same conference some years later. Tina hasn’t looked back since and now runs The Bodypaint Project with Sarah Scarer Smith, Julie Husband and Charlotte Gardner, organising bodypaints for new and experienced painters, models and photographers. The title of Tina’s piece at the event is ‘The Future’, which will be modelled by Philip Green.
